CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE EMPLOYERS OF ONSHORE/OFFSHORE WIND FARMS AND/OR SOLAR FARMS

I. Clients Record: 

- 48MW - offshore Wind Farm.

- 40MW – Solar farm.

- 21MW onshore Wind Farm.

- 28MW onshore Wind Farm.

II. FULL SERVICE PACKAGE OR PARTIAL SERVICE PACKAGE:

1. Support the Employer in developing onshore/offshore wind farms and/or solar farms from the period of Master Plan approved;
2. Support the Employer in obtaining the required permits such as aviation permit, mine detection permit, EIA, connecting agreement, PPA;
3. Support to select Local Licensed Consultant: Establishing Tender Document, Tender Process, Evaluation, Clarification, Negotiation, Drafting Consulting Contract;
4. Support to select International Consultant (OE): Establishing Tender Document, Tender Process, Evaluation, Clarification, Negotiation, Drafting EPC Contract with OE;
5. Support to select EPC Contractor: Establishing Tender Document, Tender Process, Evaluation, Clarification, Negotiation, Drafting EPC Contract with OE;
6. Establishing Organization for supervising, completion of project until TOC, Power Generation Permission;
7. Supporting the Employer in managing the local consulting contract, international consulting contract, EPC Contract, analyzing contractual claims, disputes, issues, defects, damages and giving the resolutions;
8. Supporting the Employer in recruitment, training the O&M team/organization obtaining the required permits in compliance with local regulations; Supporting in inspection of power plant in O&M period;
