Pursuant to Official Dispatch 762 / EVN-PC of February 13, 2020 on revoking the right to use EVN trademarks from March 1, 2020 from Thuan Binh Wind Power Joint Stock Company.

Based on the request of the Company Leader in the meeting on February 19, 2020 on organizing the LOGO creation contest for Thuan Binh Wind Power Joint Stock Company.

The Organizing Committee is TBW Union and Youth Union announces the rules of TBW (logo) creation contest with the following requirements, contents and rules:

I. CONTENTS AND ARTICLES THEME

- Through the general art image, the characteristics of TBW such as developing clean energy business (wind, solar, ...) include investment in project development, electricity trading, and inter-service consultancy. clean energy industry, vision of development orientation, harmony between the development of businesses, people and nature.

- Not contrary to Vietnamese traditions, customs, culture and society.

II. PURPOSE OF REQUEST

1. Purpose

- Logo design contest - TBW to choose 01 (one) symbol with typical design, showing TBW's own characteristics, to serve business activities, to promote TBW brand.

- Promote the artistic creativity and spirit of union members and TBW Youth Union.

2. Required

- The contest needs to show professionalism, seriousness, rigor, objectivity and in accordance with the law, to avoid copyright infringement.

- The submitted works must ensure the requirements, quality, quantity, symbolism, logos, arts and fine arts, expressing creativity, must not be reproduced in any form.

III. RULES

1. Forms of expression

- Displayed on A4 paper size. Logo template centered on A4 size paper not exceeding 15cmx15cm. The lower left corner of the paper is the color parameters of the symbol, the lower right corner of the paper is a narrow logo template (black and white) with a size not exceeding 3cmx3cm.

- The words that can be shown on the LOGO are "TBW" (you can design your own style without images for example: Vestas, Samsung ...).

- Each logo sample must have an accompanying explanation, not exceeding 200 words on A4 paper size.

2. Color: Maximum of 05 colors (excluding white);

3. Layout: Tight, harmonious between colors and shapes, and text color.

4. Quantity: There is no limit on the number of entries.

5. A number of requirements for the authors and authors who participate in the contest:

- Each author or author group has an unlimited number of contest logo templates. Entries must be original by the author (or co-author), not copying ideas, not infringing copyrights, not violating Intellectual Property Law, and not hiring non-design units.

- The entry must not be signed, there is no author information on the entry, no mark on the test.

IV. TIME

- Submissions completed and sent to BTC during that time: From February 20, 2020 to March 10, 2020.

- Time for judging and announcing results in March 2020.

V. Composition of the Board of Examiners

As the Board of Directors of the Company, leaders of departments and opinions of external consultants will be members of the Jury.

VI. FORMS OF POINTING

As decided by the members of the Jury.

VII. PRIZE STRUCTURE

- 01 Logo award will be selected as the Company Logo: 5,000,000 VND;

- 01 Logo award, a consolation prize: VND 1,000,000.

VIII. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS TO THE PRIZED WORKS

- All submissions do not return the author. The author is solely responsible when a copyright dispute arises.

- The winning product is registered as intellectual property, which is automatically owned by the Company, the author has no rights or is responsible for the work.
